Yes. Once your space is listed, you set your availability. Blocked days/times cannot be booked by a guest, keeping rentals convenient and easy to manage.

How do I set the pricing for my space?

There are a number of factors to consider in pricing your space. Some questions to consider: How high-end/premium is your space? How accessible are spaces similar to yours (both commercial and private) How much area demand is there for the sport or activity for which your space is ideal? Once you set your pricing early on, consider that you may need to experiment with different price points to determine the market value for your space on an hourly basis and hone an ideal pricing model over time. Keep in mind that this is something that can be easily adjusted.
